Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The parcel is currently privately owned. A 7,000 square foot church was constructed circa 1840s. By 1922, a 26,300 square foot warehouse structure was built and was part of the Allen Square Co. Shoe Factory located at a nearby property. By 1949, the church was used as office space and a leather storage area. The warehouse structure was occupied buy a textile manufacturer known as George Saad & Sons, Inc, the current owner. The property has remained vacant in recent years and the former church is used for storage of fabric rolls.
