Additional Property Attributes

ACM were identified in floor tiles and wall border tiles on the 1st floor and in exterior and door caulking. Positive lead levels (>1ppm) were identified in interior paint on wooden bay doors at the northwest, north and northeast sides of the building, brick walls of the entry hall and office on the west side of the building, wooden wall and door frame in the storage area near the center of the building, and brick wall in bathroom on the south side of building. Positive lead levels were also identified in exterior paint on wooden bay and other types of doors and metal bars of the building.
