The Phase I identified 3 RECs: � The historical use of the subject property as a gasoline station with documented former and currently suspected USTs is an REC. � The historical and ongoing documented petroleum release from USTs on the adjoining property to the northeast (L&L Food Stores #5) is considered a REC. � The reported historical petroleum release at the Frank�s Town and Country listing is considered a REC.

Former Use: As of October 2019, the site was operating as a car repair and maintenance facility. The site operated at one time as a retail gas station. A part of the site once had a large liquid propane tank where smaller tanks could be refilled.
