Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property received NFA status for a release of petroleum products associated with six (6) USTs that were closed on the Subject Property in 1991. BUSTR required corrective action to be completed prior to issuing the NFA status. The UST cavities were reportedly over excavated and the petroleum contaminated soil was disposed of at a landfill. However, based on updated regulations, procedures, chemicals of concern and contaminant pathways, potential contamination may have been missed and may have potential vapor intrusion impacts to the Subject Building. Former Use: The Subject Property appeared to be used for residential purposes in 1940. The Subject Property appeared to be developed with an apparent commercial structure as early as 1957. The Subject Property was used as a gasoline filling station from at least 1969 until 1990; an automobile mechanic shop from 1969 until 1995; an automobile dealer in 1995; automobile sound and security retailer and installer from 2001 to 2013; and, an automobile loan service most recently in 2018. The current structure was built in 1999 by the current property owners.
