Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of residential structures (single family, duplex, and apartments) and numerous roadways. Historical records indicate in the late 1800s a wood yard and coal company occupied portions of the site. The current use is a garden- apartment complex with multiple buildings, including residential, an office, maintenance facility, pump house, and portion of the YMCA. This site is included in anticipated future development as part of the City of Norfolk's HUD Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) Implementation Grant.
