Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA conducted in February 2020 identified an REC related to the historical sporatic arsenic impacts in groundwater in excess of State CTLs. Latest sampling event detected no arsenic. Currently awaiting next sampling event in anticipation of case closure or potential quarterly monitoring with restrictive covenant if residual dissolved-phase impacts remain. Former Use: Historical land uses have included residential, landscaping company and offices. Subsequent source removal activities (paid by Grantee) and confirmatory groundwater sampling conducted in May 2020 resulted in an SRCO issued by FDEP.
