Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in February 2020 (per ASTM E1527-13), RECs were identified based on adjacent/nearby land uses that offer the potential for migrating dissolved-phase impacts. In addition, the former use of heating oil on-site cannot be ruled out.

Former Use: Residential from prior to 1957 to late-1960s or early 1970s.
Redevelopment of the site by Uptown Sky is funded by approximately $7.3 million of 4% Housing Credit equity syndicated by Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, with Aetna, a CVS Health company as the investor, $9.25 million of Multifamily Mortgage Revenue bonds issued by the Housing Finance Authority of Hillsborough County and purchased by Truist Bank, as well as a $5.82 million low-interest loan from Hillsborough County through its HOPE and SHIP Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
