Additional Property Attributes

The Property currently is undeveloped and zoned T5 Neighborhood (T5-N). Surrounding sites are a mix of commercial and residential uses.

Former Use: Former Property land use included residential and professional office. First developed use of the Property was a single-family residence in 1963 that was later converted to a commercial office. The structure was damaged by a fire in 2018. The damaged structure was demolished in the latter half of 2019. The Property is currently undeveloped. No RECs were found in connection with the site.
