Additional Property Attributes

Historically, the site contained two railroad tracks that were put in place in 1919. Sometime between 1973 and 1979 the railroad tracks were removed. The property remained vacant from that point until 1992-1995 when the property was developed into Friendship Manor Homes and in or about 2005 turned into Care Partners Assisted Living Facility. In 2013 Care Partner?s moved to a different location leaving the building vacant. The building has been vacant since 2013. Langlade County is partnering with the City of Antigo in an effort to provide the community with a Sober Living Facility for women to treat addiction and provide resources for women to become sober, and hopefully reduce crime and out of home placement of children within the county.
