Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Phase I ESA conducted at the property identified two RECs associated with the adjacent Burk's Exxon/Allen's Pit Stop Property. Both RECs were associated with the petroleum products used on the adjacent property. The subject property was acquired by the City of Bastrop in 1989 by Act of Donation. This property is currently and has always been a vacant lot. There has been no construction or development of any kind since the City has owned the property. A Phase II ESA was conducted at the site. Laboratory analysis of soil samples revealed detectable concentrations of several constituents in soil; however, all constituents were below the RECAP Soil Screening Standards for both industrial and non-industrial use.
