Additional Property Attributes

Former salvage yard and fill site Former Use: Ownership history was gleaned from a Site Investigation Report dated February 2001. According to the report, prior to 1955 Site ownersip is unknown but the Site is believed to have operated as a small farm. From 1955 through 1985, the Site operated as Corbin Auto Works, aka Corbin Auto Salvage or Corbin Garage that operated as an automotive salvage yard and included a maintenance garage, a barn, and a residence. The property was also utilized as a brewery grain sludge repository in 1971 with a disposal area that encompassed approximately 1-acre at the eastern end (rear) of the Site. By 1985, ownership had transferred to Marjan Associates and the Site was vacated. By 2000, ownership became Turkey Hill Realty I Trust. The Site remains vacant.
