Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site at 1205 South Main Street encompasses less than one acre of land and consists of two single-story buildings. Th northern building is estimated to have been built in 1960 and the southern building is estimated to have been built in 1930. City directories indicate the northern parcel was operated as a used car dealership from the early 1990s until at least 2005. The southern parcel is listed as an auto dealership in 1973 and thereafter is listed as �no entry� until 2005. Structures on each property are currently unoccupied. A food truck currently operates on the northern parcel.
