Additional Property Attributes

The site is approximately 1.0 acre in area and consists of four parcels. From at least 1900 to 1905, the site was developed with one residential structure in the western portion. From at least 1910 to the mid-1980s, three residential structures occupied the eastern portion of the site. One commercial structure utilized by a storage company occupied the eastern portion of the site from at least 1956 to 1969. Since 1910, the site has been developed with one approximately 23,144 square-foot single-story commercial structure with a basement in the western portion. Occupants included: Hull Bros Umbrella Company (1910-1925), Hull Bros & Haas Co. Umbrella Manufacturers (1930), Haas-Jordan Co. Umbrella Manufacturers (1935-1995), The Wescott Co. [silk screen imprint manufacturers] (1985-2009), Haas-Jordan Factory Outlet Store (1995), Jazz Textile Impressions [screen-printing] (2005-2013), Haas-Jordan By Wescott [photographic equipment manufacturers] (2013), The Vistula City Club (2013-2018), and various offices (2018-current). The building is currently occupied by offices for Arakyta (an IT service company) and Leelde, LLC, a clubhouse, and a storage warehouse.
