Former Use: The Site is developed with a 3,552-square foot former restaurant/lounge with a second story apartment. An asphalt-paved parking area is located in the western portion of the Site. According to city directories and Sanborn Maps, previous uses of the Site include the following: private residences/apartments (1910 through 2009); JJ Wade Company (1915 through 1925); WJ Sharman-saloon (1915); Alfred Edwards-soft drinks (1920); Ziegenthaler-soft drinks (1925); Dorothy Kemp-restaurant (1930); Anthony Czopbeer/ restaurant (1940 through 1956); Tony�s Caf�estaurant (1959 through 1974); and Andre�s Lounge (1980 through 2009).
