Additional Property Attributes

This property has reverted to the County for unpaid back taxes. The City of Gladstone anticipates taking ownership because the property is in an industrial park developed by the City. The Phase I assessment was completed as part of the City's due diligence. Phase II sampling found limited areas of contamination. On-going removal action by EPA of some hazardous materials.
