Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site is comprised one land parcel, currently owned by Mr. Daniel Bach, located in the downtown area of Lakeview, Oregon. The Subject site is an 0.08 lot with one 1,692 square foot structure that was formerly used as a retail store/convenience market. The suructure on the site was built in 1943. The Subject Property is bound by North H Street to the West, North G Street to the east, vacant land to the north, and residential property to the south. According to the Lake County Tax Assessor's website, the Subject Property (Tax ID 39S20E10CA07600) consists of one 0.08 acre parcel with one structure. The Phase I ESA and asbestos and lead Survey Report are complete, and were utilized to develop bid documents for the tank removal and building demolition work. Bids were in in excess of $70,000. This work will likely be funded by future grant funding, and work will proceed under a future QAPP Submission.
