Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site supported 17 buildings of various sizes and uses. The site was the location of underground and above ground gasoline tanks, storage facilities for flammable or hazardous chemicals, such as dry cleaners, paint shops, maintenance and garage facilities, as well as historical information on occupants of buildings, unavailable through other sources.According to the GeoSearch radius report, this facility listed on the LUST and UST database. This facility utilized one 10,000-gallon diesel tank that was reportedly removed from the ground on January 1988. This facility had a confirmed release in January 21, 1998 and in July 11, 2002 that both received a NFA determination. Redevelopment planning for one building, the Water Works Building, as a commercial space.
