Former theater site that is planned to be rehabilitiated into an event venue

Former Use: The property was used as a mainstream movie theater for many years. When that use ended it became an undesirable adult movie theater. When that use ended the property fell into disrepair and was ultimately acquired by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of New Kensington. The Redevelopment Authority plans to convey the property for private rehabilitation and reuse.
