Additional Property Attributes

The target property is comprised of a 0.2-acre lot, located at 10 North Main Street, and is currently developed with a mixed-use commercial and residential building historically referred to as the Salinger Block. The Salinger Block is currently vacant and has not been used for commercial purposes since approximately 2016. Commercial properties are situated to the north, east, and west of the target property. An apartment complex is situated to the southwest of the target property. North Main Street is situated to the north of the target property.
