Additional Property Attributes

The property is located in Belle Glade, Florida and was historically used for agricultural activities. The property was escheated to Palm Beach County after a tax auction did not result in a sale. The County intends to develop 54 affordable housing units complex that will include this property and three adjacent properties (112, 116 and 118 Dabou Loop). The Glades Region Master Plan (GRMP) determined that the city of Belle Glade needs new housing in a variety of product types, including replacement housing for current residents living in units suffering from functional and physical obsolescence. Demand for these homes will also come from the Glades Region which includes the neighboring cities of Pahokee and South Bay.

Former Use: The property is vacant and undeveloped with dense vegetation. The property was historically used for agricultural activities. The property was escheated to Palm Beach County after a tax auction did not result in a sale. No development was identified on the site dating back to 1938.
