Additional Property Attributes

The site is approximately 0.36 acre in area and consists of three parcels. The site is currently developed with one approximately 30,000 square-foot four-story warehouse building with a basement and vacant grassy areas. The building is currently occupied by a small woodworking shop associated with Mossing Studios and Toledo Butcher Block. The Phase I ESA has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the site except the following: ? The historical use of the westerly adjoining property (1220 to 1226 Jackson Street) as a machine shop for over 25 years. ? The historical use of the easterly adjoining property (1714 North 12th Street) as a paint manufacturer for over 15 years. Mossing Studios LLC has started renovation of this building and plans to open a taproom, coffee shop, and mixed retail.
