Additional Property Attributes

The Property contains three separate structures. The first structure (HM1) is a vacant building that was historically a restaurant and flower shop. The second structure (HM2) is an active two-story motel (Holiday Motel) with occupants on both floors. The third structure (HM3) is the office building for the motel, as well as a permanent residence for the property owner. According to the Fremont County Assessor�s website the Property contains a one-story office building constructed in 1948 and a separate two-story structure containing 15 rooms for rent that was constructed in 1958. The office is a wood frame, stucco covered structure with a wood shingle roof and a softwood floor. The motel building is of block masonry construction with composite shingle roof. Approximately 90 percent (%) of the floors in this building are covered by carpeting and 10 % by asphalt tiles. The Property also contains a one-story vacant building that has historically been used as a restaurant and flower shop.
