Additional Property Attributes

Historical use of property as a gasoline station, auto repair facility, and bus garage. Currently the building houses a construction company. The Phase I was privately financed prior to sale to current owner. A Phase II study was completed, and no further assessment or cleanup was required because detections were below regulatory limits for the intended property use. A Certification of Completion was issued in December 2020. Redevelopment has been delayed due to staff shortages and heavy workloads.
