Additional Property Attributes

The Site is a 0.26-acre parcel (Map 30, Lot 66) located at the intersection of South Street and Clinton Street, in the vicinity of Railroad Pond. The property is bound by the Boston & Maine (B&M) Railroad to the south and a commercial antique business to the east. The Site is developed with a one-story commercial structure in the center of the Site, gasoline dispenser islands on either side of the building, and three (3) underground storage tanks (USTs) east of the building. An overhead canopy extends over the building and dispenser islands. Most of the Site is paved, except for a grassed area in the eastern portion of the Site, where a former soil vapor extraction treatment system shed associated with past remediation at the Site is situated. The property can be accessed via South Street or Clinton Street. According to a January 2017 Periodic Groundwater Summary Report for the Site, several groundwater monitoring wells are at the Site.. The Site has been vacant since it was abandoned some time prior to August 2016.
