Additional Property Attributes

The site is a 1-acre vacant parcel of commercially developed land that was formerly operated as an auto repair facility and gas station. The parcel is developed with on single-story, 3,449 sq ft commercial building and one detached shed and one small detached garage. Records indicate the site was developed between 1952 and 1961, and appears to have operated as a gas station between shortly after that time and 1993, when four USTs were removed. The site was reportedly used solely as an auto repair facility between 1993 and to at least 2014. The site was also reported operated as a Ryder Truck Rental facility in at least 1992. There are two ASTs observed on the site as well as some 55-gallon drums and other small containers. Numerous groundwater monitoring wells were observed on the site.
