Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of land improved with over 30 structures. It was originally developed as a hospital in the late 1890s. In April 1960 the land was deeded to the State of Arkansas and has been used as a comprehensive vocational rehabilitation center. The future use of the property will be for rehabilitation or educational purposes.
