Additional Property Attributes

The site was initially developed in the mid-1800 as a textile mill known as Jefferson Mills. In the 1960s, Electronic Controls Corporation purchased the site, demolished the original mill building, and constructed an electroplating facility. ECC abandoned the facility in 2006 and the site has remained vacant since that time.
