Additional Property Attributes

Based on review of historical information, by 1938, the Property was utilized for agricultural cropland. According to historical aerial images, it appeared that two small sheds were located on the central portion of the Property in 1955, however images are unclear. The existing building was constructed on the Property in 1957 and was occupied by a gasoline station from 1957 to at least 1968. In 1972 an addition was constructed on the eastern portion of the building and the filling dispensers were razed. The Property was occupied by an automotive repair shop from 1972 to present. Currently, the Property is occupied by Tuffy Muffler. The Property is currently owned by Righters Auto Repair and we continue to operate as an auto repair business.
