Additional Property Attributes

Purchase Agreement with The Bakery Group LLC executed with St. Joseph County on 3/12/2020. Former Ward Bakery and Ford Distributing Company hosted a maintenance garage, production warehouse, and storage and has been vacant since 2009. This building is adjacent to the neighborhood center community development organization, farmers market, and local coffee shop in the center of the neighborhood. New neighborhood plan identifies site as an opportunity. A new developer entity The Bakery Group LLC has formed to redevelop the building into a flexible event and local small business hub.
