Additional Property Attributes

The 0.33-acre Subject Property previously contained a vacant 3,816 square foot commercial use building; demolished in the summer of 2021. The site is currently a vacant lot. During demolition, a grit chamber was discovered, contents were pumped out and tank was excavated. During excavation of grit chamber, urban fill (bricks, saw dust material etc.) was observed. Two test pits in areas of suspected petroleum impacts were advanced, no impacts observed. The city is looking for developers. SAP was not executed per Mr. Van Der Kloot approval to prioritize a large scale Phase II project.
