Additional Property Attributes

Past uses of this property has been undeveloped and utilization as the Oskaloosa Paving Brick Company mining operation. The current use is surface parking lot � approximately 96,000 square feet of paved concrete (very poor condition- resulting from geotechnical issues associated with the fill technique associated with the nearby former brick plant operation. This property is critical to the success of the Assessment Grant as the proposed Infrastructure Evaluation will include the property as the City of Oskaloosa works to design and construct new storm water utilities.
