Additional Property Attributes

The 10.1-acre Subject Property consists of four (4) contiguous parcels of land identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as 163.5-6-3, 163.5-6-4, 163.5-6-5, and 163.5-6-7. Four (4) abandoned buildings totaling 115,585 square feet improve the Subject Property. The structures are identified and labeled on Figure 2 of the previous Phase I ESA (Attachment A). Property record cards indicate that Building C and D were originally constructed in 1920, with improvements in 1950. Information on the construction date of Buildings A and B is not available on the associated property record cards, however the structures are first identified on the 1943 topographic maps. A dirt access driveway is located along Harrison Street to the east. An unnamed pond is located in the southwestern portion of the Subject Property which flows into the Cayadutta Creek to the north of the Subject Property. The Subject Property has historically been utilized as a tannery by various occupants since 1905 until the 1980s. Additional details of past occupants post-1980s was not available on City Directory records.
