Additional Property Attributes

The 0.19 acre Site consists of one parcel of land identified by the Fulton County Tax Assessor as parcel 149.7-10-3.5. The Site includes one 1-story building of concrete/concrete block/masonry with metal cladding construction with a gross floor area of 1,888 gross square feet reportedly built in 1925. Portions of the Site are paved and available for parking. According to historical records, the Site has been developed since at least 1887 and has been used for residential purposes and for commercial operations including gasoline filling station, auto garage, restaurant, radio and TV service and a store selling meat, tobacco and confectionaries.
