Additional Property Attributes

The 0.17 acre Site consists of one (1) parcel of land identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as 149.13-2-10. *The Site is currently owned by Kenneth Carden. One (1) commercial building totaling 4,600 square feet improves the Site, which was constructed in 1960. The Site building is currently unoccupied and appears vacant and abandoned. A paved driveway is located to the east of the Site building. A 280 square foot loading dock is located at the end of the paved driveway. A 1966 City Directory lists the Site as occupied by Goliger Leather Co. Inc. Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps depict the Site as developed with one structure labeled as "Leather Warehouse" in 1969. In the 1990s, Patco Plastics operated at Site and made plastic extrusion products. No specific information regarding former Site operations was available. However, based on the available information about past owners and occupants, it is likely that former operations included those typically associated with a leather tannery.
