Additional Property Attributes

The 2.60 acre Site consists of one (1) parcel of land identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as 149.5-14-13.111. The Site is currently owned by 111 Woodside Ave. LLC Six (6) industrial buildings totaling 165,264 square feet improve the Site, which were constructed in 1919, 1948, 1951 and 1980. The Site buildings appeared interconnected with the exception of one building located along the northern property line. The Site is currently used as a drive in self-storage unit facility. A paved parking area is located in the southcentral portion of the Site. An access driveway and former railroad spur are located to the north of the main building. The Site has historically been utilized as a tannery and leather factory by the G. Levor Company since at least 1887 until the 1970s. It is unclear when tannery operations ceased at the Site. The Site was purchased in 2004 and appears to have been converted into a self-storage unit facility at that time.
