Additional Property Attributes

The 2.4 acre Site consists of two (2) contiguous parcels of land identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as 149.6-22-32 and 149.6-22-4. The Site is presently owned by Christophe P. Rizzo and Megan Rizzo No structures or other improvements are currently present on the Site. It is understood that public water, municipal sewer, electricity and natural gas connections are available to the Site from adjacent roads. Based on observations made during the Site reconnaissance, the Site appears to be actively used to store empty solid waste containers, for vehicle parking and for vehicle maintenance. The Site formerly operated as a tannery from at least 1887 to sometime prior to 1997. Specific processes and operations at the Site are not known. Activities and structures associated with "auto repair" and "auto garage" are also reported as having been historically present on the Site.
