Additional Property Attributes

The 217 E. Sprague Ave is undeveloped and appears to have been in use as a parking lot serving the 225 E. Sprague Parcel. In 1910 or earlier, the 217 Parcel was developed with a 1-story with basement, frame building used by Ornamental Iron & Wire Works and the rest of the parcel was undeveloped. The building was used by Inland Machinery & Supply Co. from at least 1934 to 1959 (with a portion of the building designated as a machine shop on maps dated 1950 and 1952) and then the building was removed in the early 1960s.
