Additional Property Attributes

The 237 E. Sprague Parcel consists of the fa�e of a 1-story 7,800-square-foot commercial building (with basement) constructed in 1948 which was extensively damaged by fire in 2017. In 1948, the 237 Parcel was developed with a 1-story concrete building with a daylight basement. The building was heated with oil at the time of issuance of a permit for ductwork in 1966. The building was used for an office and cigar sales until the early 1970s, a print shop until the early 1980s, and then refrigeration equipment repair and service shop until 2017.
