Additional Property Attributes

The Site was reportedly developed in the early 1900s with a student dormitory, presumably in connection with the adjacent State Normal School to the south-southwest. In the 1940s, the Site was utilized as a US Postal Office, which was vacated in the 1990s. Between the 1990s and 2000s, there were various service-based tenants, including an Emergency Medical Service and a technology company. It has been vacant from the late 2000s to the present. The Property is zoned commercial and has one 3-story brick and stone building with an associated asphalt parking area.
