Additional Property Attributes

The Miller Property consists of two lots in downtown Chinook, MT. From 1928 until 1943, the site served as a gas station and auto repair shop. It was owned by Clara Allman in the 70s and was then transferred to Howard and Loma L. Miller in 1979. Loma and Howard converted the building to a restaurant. Late in the 1980s, the restaurant burned down, and the property was cleared of debris and has sat empty since then. The property transferred once again to Loma Gay Miller in March of 2014, and Gay is planning to construct a new cafe on the site. The cafe would create a new business in Chinook and create a minimum of 4 new jobs in the community.
