Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical records, all portions of the Property aside from the westernmost areas of Parcel were utilized for landfilling operations associated with the South and Western Dump between 1950 and 1957 upon landfill closure. Municipal wastes and construction wastes are known to have been disposed of. Due to the nature of activities associated with the historical landfilling operations, impacts may have occurred to the soil, soil vapor and groundwater from COCs including volatile organic compounds VOCs, methane and VAP 16 metals.
