Additional Property Attributes

The Property was first developed between 1910 and 1915 with residential dwellings. The dwellings remained until at least 1975. From 1950 the dwellings were also occupied by offices for a commercial decorator, accountant, and offices of the adjacent ice and coal company. The Property has been vacant and undeveloped since at least 1980. The City of Port Arthur acquired the Property at a sheriff sale due to tax delinquency in March of 2010.
