Additional Property Attributes

The property's previous land uses included residential dwellings and sheds from 1915 to 1985 with the potential for undocumented businesses. If the property is contaminated, it would likely be from a historic offsite adjacent business, in particular an auto service shop at 1700-1702 7th Street was observed within a block of the property in the 1956 and 1970 Sanborn maps. Adry-cleaning facility was observed at 1625 7th Street from the property in the 1950, 1956 and 1970 Sanborn maps; and listed at same address in the 1956, 1962, and 1966 city directories. Multiple service (filling) stations were observed near the property in the 1970 Sanborn map. These service stations were located at 1448 7th Street, 1449 7thStreet, 1500 7th Street, 1531 7th Street, and 1748 7th Street. The City removed the former structures that were damaged or destroyed by hurricanes and tropical storms.
