Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was agricultural land prior to 1938 until at least 1967. The western and eastern portions of the current building were constructed as standalone buildings in 1969 and 1971, respectively. An addition was constructed on the western building in 1971. The eastern portion was identified as a repair/service garage in at least 1971. The central portion of the current building, which connected the eastern and western portions, constructed in 1996. A railroad spur was constructed in the northern portion of the property in 1970. The subject building was occupied by various plastic injection molding operations from at least 1971 and at least 2003 and has been occupied by various warehousing tenants since 2003. Due to data failure, PM was unable to verify the operations of the eastern portion of the building between 1971 and 2003. The subject property was utilized for plastic injection molding between 1970 and at least 2003. The eastern portion of the subject building was constructed in 1971 as a service garage. To upgrade this building to a Class A industrial site, there will be a substantial investment to improve the overall work environment and retain the tenants in the area.
