Additional Property Attributes

A former dry cleaner is adjacent to the property. Based on preliminary assessment, PCE potentially from historic dry cleaning operations may have impacted site soil and groundwater. Additionally, contaminated artificial fill is present on the site.

Extensive coordination with the WDNR and the City of Wauwatosa was required to complete the additional assessment at this property, primarily since the offsite investigation was required. Upon completing additional assessment, it was determined that the contamination was from an offsite source and the property was granted will be granted a NFA letter from WI Dept. of Natural Resources. Engineering controls are in place.
