Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one tax lot (17-03-31-11-09500). The 1.23-acre Property was in use as a two story parking garage during the Phase I ESA site reconnaissance in August 2018. The Property is zoned commercial and is owned by Lane County. Historical aerial photographs and fire insurance maps indicate that the Property has been in use as a parking structure since prior to 1965, and that previous uses of the Property included residences, a dry goods store, City Hall, a blacksmith, a fire station, and jail.
