Additional Property Attributes

The 0.09-acre Site consists of one (1) parcel of land identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as 149.6-12-33. One (1) four-story industrial building totaling 12,712 square feet improves the Site, which was constructed in 1900. The Site building encompasses the majority of the Site area with small strips of grass along the perimeter of the building. The building was vacant and in a state of disrepair at the time of the Site inspection. No parking areas were observed at the Site. The Site has been utilized for storage since the 2000's. According to historical reports, the Site was utilized since at least 1887 through the 1990s as a glove factory. Previous occupants included: Logan's Leather Corp.; Warden Leathers, Inc.; W.N. Zimmer Glove Factory, F.P. Zimmer Glove Factory and Fiddle & Radford Gloves. The property was occupied by Precision Sheet Metal in the early 2000s, which used the Site for storage. No information on historical materials usage and waste generation were available for HRP's review.
