Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently owned by Highland Manor LTD Partnership and was acquired from H. Melvin Shulund. There are two parcels, one was deeded in May of 1993 and the other in May of 2001. The property is going to be acquired by Echo Enterprises, LLC in the fall of 2020. There are two apartment buildings on the property that contain 16 units each. One building was constructed in 1987 and the other in 1993. The property is being purchased by a developer who intends to conduct major renovations to both apartment buildings, including replacement of windows, new flooring, new heating, and energy efficiency upgrades. Specifically, the ground-floor units will be converted to ADA accessible units for residents with disabilities and senior citizens. The apartments provide housing for low-income residents and will remain low-income housing after the renovations. A Phase I was conducted in September of 2020 to facilitate the sale of the property. RECS include asbestos and lead-based paint.
