Additional Property Attributes

The site is approximately 0.16 acre in area and consists of one parcel. From at least the late 1880s to early 1900s, the site was developed with three residential structures in the southern and central portions and a shed/outbuilding/outhouse was located in the northern portion. Since 1905, the site has been developed with one approximately 16,200 square-foot two-story office building with a basement. The site building was utilized as office space for various companies from 1905 until 2018. Occupants have included: West Crescent Fuel Company (1915-1925), Reuben Realty/Insurance/Securities (1930-1959), Port Lawrence Title & Trust Co. (1969-2013), and First American Title Insurance Company (2018). The building has been vacant since 2018. TTL Associates, Inc. (TTL) performed a United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) asbestos inspection and universal waste survey of 616 Madison Avenue in Toledo, Ohio fromSeptember 9, 2020 to September 11, 2020.

The property was purchased on April 7, 2021 to a technology consulting company who will move offices and renovate space.
