Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of an irregular shaped, 0.508 acre parcel located at 1411-1415 Walnut Street in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. THe property consists of a vacant commercial building wtih two floors and an attic and basement. THe unimproved areas of the site consist of a pay parking lot and green space. Available information indicates the site consisted of a machine/blacksmith shop in 1887. By 1934 The sits consisted of a service station with three gasoline USTs, a garage, and a commercial building with a post office, offices, bowling alley, and gymnasium. By 1950 the site also included a shop and electric appliance warehouse. By 1975 through 1993, the southern, central, and western portions of the site had been cleared and graded for use as a parking lot.
